Shipping & Returns
Returns are accepted for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be back to our storefront within 14 days of the date received.
Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstance. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. Items returned via shipping will be submitted to a donation service and no credit will be given.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with tags attached. Shoes cannot show signs of wear and must be wrapped and contained in its original shipping or box. If items have make up, deodorant, or other stains/odors you WILL NOT be given credit and the items will be sent to a donation center.
If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect, please call 985-492-2299 (Wednesday - Friday 10am -5pm) for further assistance.
If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent to a donation service and no credit will be given.

Please keep in mind that we only process returns Wednesday-Friday.
Please place a new order online for the items you wish to purchase. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return.
Please note that we do NOT hold any items while waiting on returns during the shipping process.
Once your return is received, we will issue you a gift code via email to use as you wish on future orders.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. $3.00 flat rate shipping on all orders placed within the US. We do NOT ship international at this time.
